Account Executive / Recruiter I

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Uncapped Commission

Location: Austin, TX

MLee Healthcare is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter in the beautiful city of Austin, TX.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations to ensure a good fit with our opportunities.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Fundamental grasp of sales techniques to effectively promote services and attract top talent.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client interactions concurrently.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
