Description The clinical therapist/social worker is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating individual and group mental health services directly related to client care. Under the manager the clinical therapist/social worker is also responsible for coordinating case management activities in accordance with standards, guidelines, regulations and procedures of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree: Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Counseling (MFT), Counseling (MA), Psychology (MA) or related field with clinical oversight to be provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) or a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Preferred Qualifications: Coursework/Training: CBT/DBT training, group facilitation coursework/training One year: Experience in an acute psychiatric service in a hospital setting.
