Position: HFC Networks Supervisor

Position Overview: Supervise Broadband Specialist IV, V, and Headend technicians. Oversee HFC network projects and ensure employees are focused on correcting plant deficiencies.

Position Responsibilities: Ensure productive daily activities of system techs; repair HFC plant correctly; resolve trouble call escalations; supervise technical staff and oversee work schedules; other duties as required.

Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred; 5 years' experience in the field with at least 2 years as a System Technician/Broadband Specialist IV; preferred - 7 years' experience; strong project management & communication skills; organizational skills; desire to improve the network; thorough HFC plant knowledge; ability to work flexible hours.
