NetSuite Technical Resource

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP, focusing on financial modules and extensive system integrations, including Workday HRIS, Basware, Kyriba and other proprietary systems.
  • Define, Develop, Test, and Implement third-party integrations using Workato to automate and streamline processes between NetSuite and other critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the ERP system.
  • Provide ongoing support for NetSuite implementation, including process mapping, troubleshooting, and validating system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring integration aligns with financial and operational goals.
  • Proactively identify, document, and implement improvements in NetSuite to optimize business processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by documenting and managing controls for in-scope processes related to financial applications.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users to promote effective utilization of NetSuites functionalities and integration capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and integration projects.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role or as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems.
  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteScript Developer I, or SuiteScript Developer II are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools (PowerBI) or workflows (Alteryx, PowerAutomate) to gain efficiencies.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective vendor and internal communication.
