He or she answers the phone promptly with an accommodating tone of voice, takes the customer's order for ready-mixed concrete in a detailed, timely and professional manner, and records accurate delivery and product information on that order. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. Take and process customer orders for ready-mixed concrete accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with QC, sales, and operations personnel to ensure effective delivery of concrete. Organize and send requested reports and/or order information to customers and/or internal personnel Schedule drivers for next days schedule using command concrete reporting software. Other duties assigned Requirements Candidate must be energetic and customer friendly with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
