As a Product & Market Analyst, working a hybrid schedule in Stevens Point or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will play a key role in shaping our sales and product strategies through data-driven insights and competitive analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations that enhance product performance and market positioning. Your insights will directly influence product development, helping us stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

What You'll DoProduct Strategy & Insights

  • Support the development of product roadmaps by providing data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Deliver actionable data to guide decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Continuously monitor product performance in the market and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track industry trends, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and other teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide competitive analysis to the Sales and Account Management teams, equipping them with insights to position products effectively.
  • Participate in workgroups to share market intelligence and anticipate analytical needs.
