The right Marketing Associate for the job is process-oriented, a quick learner, communication expert, and is excellent with problem-solving. With comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship, we provide our employees with all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in our company.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to verbally articulate our client's pest control services to homeowners by building relationships, uncovering need, and delivering personalized solutions
  • Identify and understand potential consumers' needs to provide them with a customized experience.
  • Demonstrate team camaraderie by assisting colleagues with client information, new sales tactics, and potential new consumer leads.
  • Must be able to meet full-time work requirements and be willing travel to communities throughout Tampa to speak directly with homeowners
  • Must be willing to invest additional time to learn new marketing and sales strategies, new client products, and troubleshoot different territories.
Desired Skills:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales and/ or customer-facing environments
  • Possess a love for high-quality customer experiences and customer engagement
  • Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
  • Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
  • Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
  • Must be flexible in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
