About the Role

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Care Options for Kids. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care in the home setting, working autonomously to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and their families.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Medication administration per physician orders
  • Physician ordered treatments including nutrition via a feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Current, active RN or LPN license
  • Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Alzheimer's training
