Job Summary:
The SAP Specialist is a leadership position at Q2 Management.
This role is responsible for facilitating inventory movement through containment at our customer site.You will be responsible for accurately recording material movement in the SAP system and ensuring timely and sufficient material flow. You will be working with the inspection team and function as the point of contact with various logistic teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ownership of allSAP and Scrap Specialist duties within various departments
- Interface with logistics and production to coordinate material flow
- PostHonest and accurate materials movements within SAP
- Manage and prioritize material processing based on forecasted needs
- Validate system information with physical inventory on hand, ensuringTransparency and accountability
- Ensuring the proper tagging of rejected materials (NCD/IL)
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision, and quality keys
- Fostering asafe and inclusivework environment where all employees are treated withCare
- Utilize our company's vision and values to address conflict as needed
- Foster strong professional relationships and exerciseHonest communication with all team members
- Excellent computer skills,proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Logistical background with SAP knowledge or equivalent experience
