Position Overview: Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills for individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. The Occupational Therapist Level II will also provide clinical supervision and serve as a clinical instructor for students.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program
  • Certification & Licensure: OT-Occupational Therapist, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • Experience: 2 years of recent relevant experience
  • Skills and Knowledge: Critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgement, ability to work independently, professional practice and regulatory requirements, effective communication skills, and knowledge retention

Job Shift: Days

Schedule: Full Time

Shift Hours: 8

Days of the Week: Monday - Friday

Weekend Requirements: One Weekend Shift a month

Pay Range is $60.11 to $75.14 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
