WHAT YOU WILL DO

Our MHE Receiving Lead, you will be expected to provide plans for daily tasks in the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or factories. Using those plans to ensure smooth and consistent operations so goods and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and coordinate daily activities of 1-10 team members; inspire your team to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity; foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
  • Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved; generate creative solutions to identify improvements in processes.
  • Drive your personal growth and development by leveraging tools, resources, and relationships with other leaders.
  • Maintain a level of service requirements throughout the process, from our vendors through our distribution center to our stores and customers.
  • Must be willing to operate various types of power equipment to move products to various locations throughout the warehouse.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop team.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others.
  • Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email.
HERE'S THE GOOD STUFF
  • Pay $18.00 hourly
  • Earn $.75 more/hour for evening shifts
  • Earn $2.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
  • Free Weekly Meal Allowance @The Marketplace
  • Onsite self-service café: Full-time team Members get a weekly allowance of $35 for free meals and snacks.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

  • Walk up to 5 miles a day
  • Stand, walk, or sit for long periods
  • Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
  • Be able to handle noisy conditions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Organizational Skills
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Forklift Experience (Required)
  • Previous eCommerce or Distribution Experience, preferred
