responsibilities:

Will interact with a number of different IT and business teams ranging from Cybersecurity, legal, app packaging, software licensing, deskside support, and IT service desk. Must have the ability to be a quick learner and have great customer communication skills. Will interact with leaders in IT and business area's to discuss the abilities of the technology. Will work with external vendors such as Microsoft. In addtion to operationalizing Co-Pilot, will assist the End User Services Agile POD on many other intiatives to improve end user experience. A wide breath of process and technical skills desired.
