JCCS Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors is looking for motivated professionals to join their Central Office team.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager for Talent Attraction and Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance JCCS' employment brand and attract top talent to our firm. Collaborating closely with the HR team, this role will position JCCS as an employer of choice in the accounting industry. This role will work in close partnership with our chosen marketing agency to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will focus on internal collaboration and project management to deliver on internal goals with the agency's external resources and expertise. This role will also assist in developing internal communications to ensure that employees are well-informed about firm news, updates, policies, and events, promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employment branding and marketing strategies to elevate JCCS' visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Create and manage engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, career websites, and job boards to uniquely communicate the firm's culture, professional growth opportunities and employment value proposition.
  • Understand hiring goals and ideal candidate profiles to inform talent attraction strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor employment branding strategies to inform and adjust JCCS' approach.
  • In collaboration with HR Director, organize college recruitment events and job fairs to promote JCCS. Train employees attending these events on key JCCS talking points to ensure message consistency.
  • Oversee the development of promotional items and marketing assets, including videos, swag items and other collateral to support employment marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of employment marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Oversee communications program to reinforce client service behaviors
  • Oversee all digital marketing platforms, assets, and content: Champion the development, execution, and continuous improvement of digital marketing strategies across web, intranet, social media, email, and advertising channels to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable growth.
  • Assist firm leaders in the development of effective and clear communications to employees.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between JCCS and the chosen agency, ensuring cohesive strategy development and execution.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and refine JCCS' employer branding strategies, ensuring that all external messaging aligns with internal goals and values.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with the marketing agency to review campaign progress, adjust strategies, and brainstorm new initiatives.
  • Performs other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.
To Qualify:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on employment branding or recruitment marketing preferred.
Skills for Success:
  • Strong understanding of the latest employment marketing trends and digital recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Must use good judgement and have attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to be self-directed and to work as a team member.
