Presbyterian Homes & Services – Optage Home and Community Services is looking for LPNVisit Nurses who feel called to Home Care and wish to serve older adults in the West Metro within a caring Christian environment. Our clinicians enjoy a rich workplace culture where team members are valued and supported by leadership in an environment that embraces and encourages whole person high quality care.

In this position you will play a critical role in caring for older adults  - not only physically, but emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. This is a full-time day position Monday through Friday, as well as participation in an equitable Weekend and Holiday rotation.  If this sounds like YOU, please apply today.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
