Coordinate the day-to-day management and operations of research projects. Perform subject visits for study activities including identification and screening of potential subjects, consenting, enrollment, scheduling, study drug management, and all study visit procedures. Complete all data collection, sample processing, and study monitoring visits.Complete all study start-up needs such as obtaining study materials from sponsor and ensuring regulatory documents are completed through internal processes.Manage project close-out activities. Responsible for clinical communications with sponsors, central and local IRBs, vendors, monitors, and investigators.Coordinate logistics for meetings and project groups and capturing minutes from project meetings. Coordinate with other departments, schools at the University, and partner institutions.Manage and train student research volunteers and/or work study students within individual research projects. Staff meetings, training, webinars, special projects,Other related duties as assigned.
