Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams ranging from; building customer-facing applications for our vehicles or external devices, features and capabilities enabling product development, infrastructure and tooling dependencies, working with local and international teams supporting site and company objectives.

What you will be doing:
  • Mentor multi-disciplinary teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
  • Facilitate ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospective, review, backlog refinement, and standup
  • Support and coach development teams to self-organize and operate autonomously, remove impediments, and establish team working agreements
  • Support the Product Owner in creating and updating reports for different partners
  • Maintain and improve processes, tools, and ways of working within and across teams
  • Work with IT to configure Confluence and JIRA as needed to support team needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sites to learn and share methodologies
  • Maintain coordination among scrum masters and contribute to scrum of scrums and scaled agile
  • Contribute to book of knowledge, coaching, and deliver training materials to squads and groups, and
  • Other duties as assigned
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years professional experience as a Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Competence with JIRA and Confluence required
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Experience with Agile techniques
  • Ability to work with and coach a team, with effective mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience in the software development industry; additional experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration, observational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills alongside the desire and ability to see things from multiple perspectives
  • You must be resourceful, conscientious, and self-motivated
  • You must be capable of building and maintaining strong relationships while advocating for meaningful improvements to our customer experiences
