Join our team at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a leading organization in cancer research and patient care. We are seeking an Oncology Clinical Social Worker to provide essential psychosocial support to patients and families at our Longwood Medical Center location in Boston.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program, a Massachusetts social work license (LCSW or LICSW), and previous experience in a healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.
This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. If you are dedicated to providing compassionate care and reducing the burden of cancer for all patients, we encourage you to apply.
