As a key leader within our emerging pipeline teams, you will be expected to:

  • Identify key areas of uncertainty and develop bespoke frameworks to allow portfolio-level comparisons across opportunities
  • Lead portfolio prioritization exercises to ensure research and development priorities are consistent with corporate plans
  • Drive market research among key stakeholders (clinicians, payers, patients) to understand opportunities and threats to our assets, along with forecasting product opportunities
  • Proactively lead and maintain competitive intelligence to develop actionable strategic insights
  • Identify and drive compelling brand strategy and value propositions that guide the goals of the program
  • Take ownership and represent the view of the Strategy team of asset opportunities at appropriate stage-gates and governance forums

  • Experience leading evaluations of novel technologies and ability to communicate effectively with a science-centric audience
  • High EQ individual that knows how to influence without authority and contribute structure to a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
