Job Description

Stamford Health is seeking a talented and experienced Surgical Technician to work in our Cardiac Operating Room. In this exciting role, this surgical tech will assist our surgical team by acting as the primary scrub person who handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during cardiac surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

1) Must have extensive cardiac experience.

2) High School Diploma required.

3) Certificate of completion from an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.

4) 2 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist required.

5) Certification in Surgical Technology highly preferred.

6) BLS certification required.
