Our physical therapist-owned practice has been providing exceptional physical therapy services in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina since 1999. We have 9 private-practice SEPT Physical Therapy clinics and manage 5 contract satellite outpatient clinics.

What we treat:

Our caseload encompasses patients with both non-surgical and post-operative scenarios, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management. Beyond our focus on outpatient orthopedics, we have rapidly evolved into a leading provider for patients dealing with neurologic deficits, dizziness, and balance concerns.

License & Experience

Requirements for this position include the following:
  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
