Key Responsibilities of our Physical Therapists include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans for each patient, aligning provider expectations with patient needs.
  • Delivering personalized treatment strategies and educating patients on the underlying causes of their discomfort, mobility enhancement, and injury prevention.
  • Executing individualized care plans with empathy and professionalism, prioritizing patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with various departments within TOA, including clinic operations and ancillary services.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of therapy treatments using TOA's EHR/EMR systems.
  • Aiming for excellence in individual and organizational performance metrics, focusing on patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion and proven track record in providing exceptional therapy services.
  • Experience collaborating with physicians, therapy colleagues, and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work across diverse patient demographics, including adults, athletes, adolescents, and seniors.
  • Willingness to demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Certification and licensure from the State of Tennessee are required; recent graduates must obtain appropriate licensure promptly.
