Perform receiving inspections to verify that incoming parts, materials, and documentation meet requirements and are suitable for use. Document, identify, and segregate nonconforming product. Make requests to suppliers for missing or incorrect documentation. Perform visual and/or dimensional inspections of mid to large volumes of similar parts to ensure product conformity to specified requirements. Follow appropriate sampling plans per direction in Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Operations, and other documents. Document inspection results, measurements, and other relevant data accurately. Interact with other employees and departments in a professional manner in addressing product quality and related issues. Provide other departments with information and assistance to support them in accomplishing their objectives. Contribute to and participate in improvement activities within the department and the company. Follow procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary. Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of Company business. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System. Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $19 to $20/hour. Compensation based upon experience.
