Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our production processes and ensure optimal efficiency and quality in product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
  • Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Design and implement robust quality control measures to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products and modifications.
  • Maintain documentation and records of production processes, modifications, and improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, LEAN principles, and quality control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Work Environment:

This position requires on-site presence in Northern, as it involves hands-on collaboration with production teams and direct interaction with manufacturing equipment and processes.
