Job Description
In the role of Food and Beverage Coordinator, the primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of hotel guests through exceptional food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include overseeing daily floor operations, maintaining knowledge of all menu offerings and quality standards, and providing guidance to the team.
- Coordinate and support the Food & Beverage Department with administration duties, including general office functionality, guest reservations, and guest communication.
- Liaise with departments across the resort as needed to ensure seamless operations across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Create an atmosphere of hospitality and guest delight while coordinating the operation of Food & Beverage Outlets.
- Be knowledgeable of all F&B outlet policy and procedure.
- Respond to all guest inquiries across various communication channels (email, phone, F&B Systems) and ensure all inquiries are responded to timely and accurately.
- Support Host/ess to remain current on guest reservation requests.
- Use approved Wildflower Farms branding templates (as applicable) for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate and plan large party reservations (7 or more guests) in Clay. All relevant reservation information must be updated timely and accurately in Resy. Ensure communication and confirm timing requests with the Restaurant General Manager so that parties are booked at approved times and format.
- Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs, and sanitation.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations communication avenues for Food & Beverage Department team members.
- Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists. Ensure accurate and timely printing of menus according to the SOP of menu development and implementation.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings.
- Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters in relation to kitchen and F&B issues/maintenance/equipment.
- Attend daily arrivals meetings to ensure guest F&B activities are properly accounted for and communicated to the team.
- Coordination guests requests for Kosher Dining and any other specific dietary requests. Accurate input of all details into Resy and communication to applicable departments and team members.
- Cake order coordination and communication to Culinary/Mini Bar/IRD/Resy
- Assist F&B department with administrative ordering of supplies/products/paper products, maintaining an organized par sheet.
- Completion of projects as assigned - i.e. menu mix generation, comp set analysis, etc.
- Communicate with all resort departments: to ensure accurate and up to date restaurant/F&B menus/hours/holiday information is relayed, presented and showcased on our internal Dandelion and with each department.
- Update and revise POS system data when a menu changes.
- Maintain an organized system of maintenance for the copy machine in the office.

Qualifications
- Two years of experience in the food and beverage industry including experience with point of sale and inventory control systems or other experience directly related to the core functions of this position.
- Bachelor's degree desired in hotel/restaurant management, business management or a degree related to the core functions of this position.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Google document management.
- Superb organizational and communication skills.
- Reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to lead by example.
