MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dedicated team. In this important role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, using your expertise to improve their respiratory function and overall well-being.

Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing and treating patients with various respiratory conditions.
  • Managing ventilators and conducting diagnostic tests to evaluate patient needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective respiratory care plans.
  • Administering treatments, including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a two-year or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably accredited by CoARC).
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Indiana or temporary RT permit.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 180 days of hire.
