We're looking for:
    • A Partnership Sales Manager for our medical supply marketplace who will spearhead the creation of partnerships with suppliers and other vendors in the healthcare and medical supply space. This role is critical in driving our growth strategy and expanding our network of partners through a proactive sales approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a strong ability to network at conferences and other industry events.
Your responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and establish partnerships with suppliers and vendors in the healthcare and medical supply ecosystem.
    • Conducting cold calls to potential partners and building relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
    • Attending monthly industry conferences and events to network and identify partnership opportunities.
    • Establish a repeatable outbound sales process, creating sales funnels and driving these partnerships all the way through the door.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships into our platform.
    • Negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
    • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners to drive ongoing collaboration and growth.
You have:
    • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Experience in the healthcare or medical supply industry is preferred.
    • Strong cold email and calling skills and the ability to build rapport with potential partners quickly.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with experience attending and leveraging industry conferences.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win agreements.
    • The ability to see challenges as opportunities to level up. High-achieving and goal-oriented. A self-starter, you are always able to understand the bigger picture, and take a leading role to impact it.
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Highly collaborative and transparent in your work, output, and decision-making.
