Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Embrace excellence in customer service for both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate initiative and good judgment in assisting customers and peers.
  • Ability to evaluate problems and make appropriate recommendations to those involved.
  • Research and set-up accounts with F&B distributors.
  • Conduct research and collect item specifications to properly set-up products for theatres to order.
  • Correspond with F&B distributors and uphold productive working relationships.
  • Review and analyze theatre costs & inventories for variances and work with field personnel to take the appropriate measures to address.
  • Support field personnel with problems related to food & beverage and work as a liaison with vendors to rectify accordingly.
  • Process outstanding F&B POs and invoice exceptions.
  • Maintain order guides for assigned theatres.
  • Maintain retail and cost price books for F&B products.
  • Maintain concession key maps as required.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain records and documents associated with F&B licenses.

Education/Experience:

High school education is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or two plus years of related experience required.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Reasoning Ability:

Computer Skills:

Word processing, spreadsheets, database program knowledge. Must be proficient with Microsoft products.
