We'll cover the cost of your CNA class and testing fee, and you'll earn $15/hour for your attendance time in the class. How Does the Program Work?
  1. Apply for the CNA Trainee position
  2. Participate in a successful interview
  3. Sign the program agreement
  4. Choose a CNA class (free) that works best for your schedule
  5. Take the state competency exam at no cost to you
  6. Receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months of work as a CNA at one of our participating Dove Healthcare locations
