OP2 Labs, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the retail sector and establishing strong relationships with key retail partners. With a focus on our wide range of consumer products, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our overall sales strategy and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the retail CPG sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new retail partners and distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales plans and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and trends to develop sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the retail CPG industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the retail sector, including key retail trends and competitors
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
