Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a Fort Worth area-based Sales Executive to sell Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services. They sell various services including payroll, benefits management, compliance, workers comp, disability management and many other cost savings services. These services allow companies the ability to bundle services and enjoy the cost savings that only very large companies normally qualify for.

The ideal candidate will be from the Fort Worth area and have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. They will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Base plus commissions for total comp of 200k plus. They offer a $400 a month car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, plus a very lucrative commission plan with no cap so the sky is the limit Great benefits package, strong leadership team and a family-first mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development/sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • A former college athlete would be a plus
