Job Title : SAP MM Senior Consultant
• Must have minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP WM as primarily skill with good integration knowledge of SAP IM & proficient in ECC configuration
• Must be able engage customer to gather requirements for warehouse, DC and Plant operations and generate scalable design
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements, map business requirements, processes and objectives; configure necessary modifications to satisfy requirements. Design, customize, configure and testing of WM/MM module. Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
• Must be an expert and do configuration of SAP WM/LE processes and enhancements - Put away and Picking strategies, configuration of system for TR & TO, Handling Units, Equipment master data, RF Scanners, STO and Inventory Management. Definition of Warehouse number, shipping point & assigned warehouse to storage location, shipping point to plant, transfer types, movement types, Handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management, Batch Management, and Serial Number Management
• Implementation of SAP barcode system using SAP Console (SAP's native RF solution) for the Warehouse, assist in SAP Console Implementation- Verification Profiles, RF Menus, Barcode Scanning, Screen Management, RF Queue Management
• Configure Warehouse Structure for RF devices and Mobile Data Entry for various movement types in warehouse
• Designing appropriate data migration solutions including, where required, transformation routines. Building, testing, executing and managing data migrations utilizing tools such as S/4 HANA migration cockpit(LTMC), SAP LSWM and integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs
• Activate RF monitor for various warehouse and inventory transactions, Created new forms for bar code labels and also Standard labels
• Handle end to end responsibility for design, develop, test and coordinate with other teams, cutover, go-live and support activities
