About the Role

As a Principal Consultant at Avanciers, you will be a key player in our consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP ISU solutions for clients in the Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities, including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, and systems and integration testing.
  • Resolving production issues and providing expertise in key process and architectural knowledge in various ISU Billing areas, as well as ISU FICA or Device Management and ISU IDEX.
  • Experience in BRF+ and Dunning by collection strategy, integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module, and fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes.
  • Setup of Main & Sub transaction and analyzing issues in Billing & Invoicing process.
  • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU Billing/ISU Device Management and ISU FICA and IDEX.
  • Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America.
