Primary Responsibilities: The System Administrator Service's primary responsibility is to consult with the CIO on the feasibility of system requests, assists and trains end uses with computer related issues.

Specific Duties & Tasks:
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot network-based services: Office 365, Phone System, Meraki, Duo, Intune, ServiceTitan, KnowBe4, CrowdStrike.
• Performs general scripting and troubleshooting of systems and applications.
• Provide support for escalated end-user technical issues and provides technical assistance for all end-user applications.
• Maintains software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
• Perform data backup operations and maintain the backup systems.
• Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company's system.
• Support mobile workforce devices including Android and Apple devices.
• Onsite and remote technical support in Windows Environment.
• Implements regularly planned infrastructure refreshes.
• Collaborate with the department on special projects and working to remediate vulnerabilities and mitigate risk within systems and applications.
• Conduct daily monitoring and maintenance activities in accordance with prescribed protocols to ensure the most effective utilization and performance of the computer systems.
• Work with third-party vendors during all levels of implementation of IT projects.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• At least five to seven years of related experience in data processing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
• Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.
• Ability to act as a team player
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
