Lead Imaging Team in North Carolina

We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Department Operations Manager to lead our team in Cumnock, North Carolina. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and systems administration of the Imaging Department information systems (PACS, RIS and Powerscribe). They will serve as a liaison to other departments and providers for the systems and assist the Imaging Director in daily operations.

  • Monitoring operation of systems and productivity
  • Assisting with time keeping (Kronos) and staff scheduling
  • Evaluations, charging, and charge reconciliation
  • Quality control and performance improvement
  • Student supervision
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ARRT certification with CT modality
  • AS degree
  • BLS certification
  • Prior laboratory experience and knowledge, acute care experience, and 2-3 years hospital leadership/team lead experience
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health insurance, life insurance, and 401k, you will also have opportunities for growth and professional development.
