HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST IN HOUSTON, TX

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25 to $30/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support managers and employees in navigating HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and other HR-related initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and ensure that they are consistently applied.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in human resources or HR-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and employee relations.
