Full Job Description:

Hermann Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Houston, TX, location.

The HR Generalist  will report to the Director of HR and support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities: Facilitate general human resources policies and procedures Assist with the recruitment and hiring process Administer employee health and benefit programs Support the weekly payroll process Update and maintain the confidentiality of employment files Organize the annual performance evaluation process Ensure compliance with labor regulations Respond to all employee questions/concerns Process and analyze reports Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Successful in dealing with personnel at all levels Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of proper HR standards and best practices ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus 2-3 years' experience in human resources Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
