The Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to set up meetings with target prospects and help our account executives win new business. Core components of your job will include creating and maintaining relationships with key prospects at best fit accounts in order to book sales calls, generating interest and demand for our solution within these accounts, testing new messaging, and collaborating with the broader sales team.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage many prospect relationships

RippleMatch offers a flexible hybrid work environment for this role. Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City.

Compensation:

At RippleMatch, we understand the importance of aligning our team's success with the overall success of the company. In addition to a competitive base salary of $58,500 as well as commission (targeting at $68,500 OTE or higher), we offer stock options grants to eligible team members. These options grants provide you with the opportunity to become a stakeholder in our growth and success.
