What we expect from you
  • Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how)
  • Lead a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
  • Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
  • Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

Parent/Child, Pre-K, Grade School, Dance and Sports Skills classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Job Type: Part-time (weekends required)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Wilmington, 28403: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
