Our client, a leader in cloud computing technology, is seeking a Datacenter Technical Support Technician to join their team. As a Datacenter Technical Support Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Datacenter Technical Support Technician

Location: Hilliard, OH

Pay Range: $25/hr

What's the Job?

  • Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
  • Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
  • Communicate advanced technical information effectively with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development.
  • Operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple critical priorities.
What's Needed?
  • Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices.
  • Good situational awareness and the ability to demonstrate personal initiative and judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work solo or as part of a team with varying degrees of supervision.
  • Experience with command line diagnostics.
