Inpatient Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a range of therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to continue rehabilitation outside of the hospital setting.
- Compliance: Ensure all treatments and procedures comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Experience: Previous experience in an inpatient setting is required.
- Licensure: Valid physical therapist license in South Carolina or a compact license.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $36.58.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus.
- $7,500 relocation assistance.
