A leading acute care hospital based in south Florida is currently searching for an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services including comprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care, maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care. This system strives to provide accessible high-quality healthcare to the surrounding areas and has recently been recognized by US News and World Report for being a high-performing center in heart failure, hip replacements, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Reporting to the Director Rehabilitation Services, the Inpatient Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an acute hospital setting. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patient performance, developing treatment plans, monitoring functional gains and patient independence, and making discharge recommendations. 

What's Needed To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida or ability to obtain
  • Prior working experience is a plus
