Overview

  • Create, implement, and oversee communications programs, internally and externally, that effectively describe and promote YMMC and its products.
  • Develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies, ensuring that YMMC operates responsibly and contributes positively to society and the environment.
Responsibilities

Communications - Internal:
  • Implementation and administration of employee communication digital app
  • Lead content creator/advisor for best practices.
  • Lead internal "YMMC All" communications for employee communication digital app to ensure expected culture and engagement value is achieved from this investment.
  • Support AACM meeting optimization for maximized value.
Communications - External:
  • Lead external communications on all social media platforms including content creation (multi-media)
  • Manage external advertising to support recruitment, community engagement and CSR promotion.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and ensure coverage in applicable media outlets.
  • Lead Media Response activities with external media in coordination with YMUS as necessary
Corporate Social Responsibility - Internal:
  • Manage YMMC Donation Match program.
  • Promote CSR activities, best practices, and communications to enhance company culture and engagement.
  • Lead internal CSR reporting to YMUS/YMC
  • Lead and facilitate CSR Committee
Corporate Social Responsibility - External:
  • Administer external donation request program/ applications
  • Track and recommend requests to CSR Committee
  • Lead issuance of donations to external parties and related promotion/communication internally and externally
  • Engage with local entities (Govt, NGOs, NPs) to identify opportunities to leverage the unique capability of YMMC in CSR

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Expertise in content creation via multiple outlets/channels
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Effective analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must have good multi-tasking and customer service skills.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in strategic communications, marketing, or business preferred.
