Regional Sales Manager

Our Pace Packaging Group is looking for a Regional Sales Representative – someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to achieving not only company goals, but also personal goals. While your home base is remote, your territory will be the Midwest region of the United States and you’ll have the opportunity to engage with your prospects and existing clients approximately 60% of the time.

Does this work interest you?

  • Research and prospect for potential customers; develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts
  • Promote and sell Pace Packaging equipment, and help establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base; develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and solutions
  • Partner with the Pace Packaging Sales Director to determine needs and priorities in the region; collaborate with marketing team to drive identified efforts

If this sounds like you, we want to connect
  • 2 or 4 year technical degree or certification in engineering or similar field
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
