Onsite Service Desk - L2
The selected candidate will work onsite in NYC, NY. The role will support the New York office during local business hours.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Onsite Service Desk. The Level 2 Desktop Engineer will provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues. They will also facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. The role is needed to provide advanced support for hardware, software, and application issues, ensuring operational consistency and effective resolution of technical problems.
Qualifications and Years of Experience:
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support. They should be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
