Onsite Service Desk - L1

The selected candidate will work onsite in NYC, NY. The role will support the New York office during local business hours.

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Onsite Service Desk. The Level 1 Service Desk support will provide end-user deskside support in the New York City office. The role is needed to provide deskside support, assist with IT projects, and ensure smooth operations for end-users in the New York City office. Responsibilities include assisting with laptop configurations, mobile device activations, troubleshooting, and providing audio-visual support for virtual and in-conference room meetings and presentations. They will also support new hire provisioning requests and assist with IT project-related work.

Qualifications and Years of Experience:

Candidates should have basic knowledge of MDM solutions and experience in providing deskside support. Specific years of experience were not mentioned, but typically, Level 1 support roles require 1-2 years of relevant experience.
