Job Description Summary:
This Shipper is responsible for filling and packaging orders, ensuring accurate weighing and labeling. Maintains shipping records, verifies incoming shipments, and palletizes materials using forklifts and other equipment.

The roles are scheduled to commence in September and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for August.

This is a union role with a starting rate of *$18.75/hr.
*Rate differential for night shift premium.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for filling and packaging orders
• Ensure accurate weighing and labeling
• Maintain shipping records
• Verify incoming shipments
• Palletize materials using forklifts and other equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift weights up to 40lbs.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Familiarity with basic safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Ability to learn with quality control procedures.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
