Program Support Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Program Support Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a Program Support Analyst, you'll bring your program support, financial, and planning expertise to work on projects for defense. You'll plan, schedule, prepare, and execute documentation for various meetings and events. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You'll guide the work we do for our clients and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning and national security.

You Have:

  • Experience with planning, scheduling, preparation, execution, and documentation of programmatic and technical meetings, working groups, training sessions, system demonstrations, and other special events per program guidelines

  • Experience with identifying, communicating, resolving, and recommending solutions to known program, or technical deficiencies by providing analytical, advisory, and technical support to leadership

  • Experience with leading, planning, organizing, managing, and accomplishing program support activities in support of daily operations and war-fighting missions

  • Experience with financial programs, operations, program support, accounting liaison and pay services, budget preparation and execution, program, cost, and economic analysis, resource advisement, non-appropriated fund oversight, audit management, bank liaison, policy and procedures, fiscal law, internal controls, and quality assurance

  • Top Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in DoD program support

  • Knowledge of Air Force concepts and objectives and their relationship to effective mission execution

  • Ability to travel internationally

  • Possession of MS office skills

  • Possession of technical writing skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
