Job description Preferably, someone that has experience at a company(ies) that carries ISO certification. No degree required, but secondary school is a plus. Responsibility and Authority: Perform job duties effectively in order to maintain a continuous flow of quality product moving through Production and related areas. Perform in process inspection in Production areas that include Chassis Line 1, Wire and PCB Departments. Perform Incoming inspection on all components, parts, sub-assemblies, designated in M2M by the QC Manager. Verify the Product labels are correct and properly attached to the cover, front panel or the top of the unit. Confirm and approve First Articles on the Chassis Line, Wire dept. and Final Packaging. Perform the AQL duties on completed product prior to sending the product to the Receiver. Separate Incoming Products designated for Incoming Test and providing the Incoming Receiving Test form. Inspects First Article Wires for Wire Department. Provide quality feedback and recommendations to the QC Manager. Maintain a safe and organized work area/room/station. Verify that hardware (bolts, screws, nuts) is tightened to the proper torque specifications using torque tools for product in assembly. Inspect all Literature, Labels, etc. that accompanies each Job Order. Document and complete MDR forms for all Non-Conforming product. Follow the Safety requirements and all Safety policies. Log all inspection results of Incoming Product performed during the Incoming Inspection process. Determine the disposition of rejected parts and components received from Production Pay: $18+/ hr depending on experience Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
