Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver top-notch, patient-centered care in collaboration with the management team. You will play a vital role in directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing services during your shift, contributing to outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating efficient admission and discharge processes for high-quality care.
- Assessing patient care quality and collaborating with the team for improvements.
- Encouraging teamwork to support enhanced outcomes and service.
- Promoting a patient-first philosophy and executing service recovery when needed.
- Implementing effective staff training, selection, and development strategies.
- Assisting in staff scheduling and ensuring optimal labor management.
- Maintaining proper inventory control and managing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or RN Diploma.

- Care is provided to Med/Surg and Oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy.
- A nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 ensures personalized attention.
