Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities: Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure packaging integrity and print quality. Monitor correct product weights and ensure that they are maintained throughout the shift. Complete daily production entry/ paperwork. Comply, understand and follow all safety procedures. Load and unload items into packaging machines. Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork. Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed. Assist the adjuster with set-up and/or change over activities as directed. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures. Actively engage in safety programs. Assist other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Flex printing is a plus. Must know how to read, write, add and subtract. Able to work flexible schedule and weekends. Able to stand for long periods of time. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends and holidays. Must follow company safety rules. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must have good hand/eye coordination. Must be able to stand, walk (constantly – up to 10 hours) bend, stretch, squat and climb to access all parts of the machine. Must be able to work in noisy environments.
